He instalado el copfilter en mi IPCop pero quiero actualizar el antivirus clamav que utiliza. Alguien sabe como podria actualizarlo?

El problema es que tengo instalado la version 0.88 y quiero actualizarlo a la version 0.88.4. Con lo que me has dicho me aparece esto:
